Swedish Massage
This massage is focused on simplicity and relaxation.
A scalp and foot massage is included in this service.
If this is your first massage, this is a good place to start. This is gentler than the deep tissue massage.
There are three levels of pressure: Light, Medium, and Firm.
- Keep in mind that this option does not include trigger point therapy, deep tissue, hot stone, or other modalities.

Medical Massage
This is the same as therapeutic massage but addresses a specific area pertaining to the referral by a doctor.
This is currently ONLY available for Worker’s Compensation & Auto Collision.

Therapeutic Massage
A massage which uses a variety of modalities, techniques, or approaches to attain a particular goal.
For example: recovery of soft tissue injuries, to reduce tight muscles, to manage chronic pain, etc. Techniques may include heat therapy, stretching, trigger point therapy, integrative muscle technique, cupping, etc.
The goal is discussed and set up between massage therapist and client during the intake session, which will help to guide the following massage therapy session(s).
Pre-natal massage
This focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting mothers.
This service is most similar to the Swedish massage. Specially designed cushions and side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen.
- Preclampsia is contraindicated (not safe) for massage. Deep Vein Thrombosis is contraindicated for massage unless it has been cleared by a medical provider with a medical note. If you are not sure if it is safe to get a massage, please contact your medical care provider.
The Deep Tissue Massage
This service works with the deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. This pressure is deeper than the Swedish Massage.
This modality helps to soften up scar tissue that is formed following an injury, whether it is sports related or not. This can also help with muscle stiffness, reducing tension, chronic
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)
Is a technique that uses very light, skin stretching pressure to stimulate the lymphatic system, our body’s filtering system. MLD is a systematic approach which increases the flow of lymph fluid throughout the body or region, which can help to reduce swelling and promote detoxification.
Available for Lymphedema management & post surgical recovery. (Insurance is not being accepted at this time.)
